Order Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options to ensure your Aroma Loft products arrive when you need them.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Lost or Stolen Packages Aroma Loft is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
