Refunds + Exchanges

At Aroma Loft, each product is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our home fragrance products, used candles, diffusers, and refills cannot be returned or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund with photographic proof submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Unused products may be exchanged for another item of equal value within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If your package was damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for assistance with a return or replacement.
